This week we're going to two more amazing locations.. Traverse City / Leland (Fishtown) and Au Gres!
Two of my seniors wanted their senior portraits to be different than anyone in their school! Au Gres and Traverse City were two great locations that I would totally want to go back to.
Kylie Herkel - Coleman High School Class of 2020
I had been to Au Gres a few years prior for a super fun boating trip with my boyfriend's family. It had been the first time being up on Lake Huron and I LOVED IT. I knew Kylie wanted something different than Ludington (a few other girls in her school went there for their senior portraits) so I suggested Au Gres. We were able to walk around the small town and we even found this lighthouse and beautiful rocks (I LOVE ROCKS IN PHOTOS!). I loved this session with Kylie and we were even able to split it into two sessions - one in the summer and one the following Friday to capture her sports photos. She's a pretty accomplished athlete in Coleman and some of her sports photos were some of my favorites of the year. Take a look below at some of my favorites from her session! Grace Lance - Bay City Western High School Class of 2020
Grace took me up to Traverse City winery and then to Leland (Fishtown). We had literally so much fun and got a ton of awesome shots. I absolutely loved the winery (I should've gotten some wine!) and Fishtown had such a beautiful beach with an awesome dock with tons of beautiful boats. Grace and her mom were so much fun to hangout with for the afternoon! The weather was perfect and so was the sunset. I hope I get to go back here this summer!
